I am posting this here as for some reason it gets deleted from Racecourse Primary School. Hello Jayendra my friend !; yes I remember you very well; it's a small world. I had even marked your house (Desai Building) as Jayendra's house, but for some reason it got overwritten.. I remember your court-yard in Desai Building, where the women used to make Papads and other tasty Gujrati foods. I have left you a comment on Desai building - have a look.

Came across your address. I was in Park Road Primary School from year 1951 to 1957 when I had the distinction of achieving M3 in KAPE. I have a lot of not so fond memories of this school. Our head teacher was Mr Bhatti (never seen him without his head garb (pagri). Apart from Mr Ayub Khan who was my Standard One teacher and extremely soft (the worst he ever did was curse us by saying "khothi they kan"} most of our teachers were brutal and generated fear. But later in life I had nothing but love and admiration for them. Bless them all. M. Bashir Mughal - info@impeks.co.uk. Love to hear from likewise victim-students.

I finished my Standard 7th in 1963. The teachers were Mr Xaavier Noronha, P.L. Solanki, Mr. C.M. Shah, Mr. J.. C. Shah, Mr Dhall. Mr. Gill, Mr. Bhamra, and the principal was Mr Chopra. I have kept in touch with Mr. C.M. Shah, Mr. J.C. Shah, Mr. Dhall. I also kept in touch with Mr. Noronha who was in Canada but he passed away in December 2007. I have few photos of the school during the 60's. Would be nice to see some school friends of that era.
