its awesome to be in visa oshwal am a parent there this is one school that produces a wholistic child. I am very happy to be associated to the school and I am very sure that my child will be a responsible person wherever she goes after leaving Visa Oshwal. Kudos to the great work done by the teachers in this school. Catherine Parent

Oh my Gosh! who knows of a good school? My child is in makini school and i think its even worse! They beat children like donkeys when they fail exams.Worse still, they have a standard eight class for bright kids only and thats the class they've registered as Makini ngong road, the rest of the classes 'of not so bright students' is makini academy!Students in the the 'genius' class have to be in school at 5am and they dont get back home till 8pm!My niece is in that class and she said to me she does not even go for break!! What i find really ridiculous is,they give up on 'makini academy'students! So please do not be fooled, not all makini pupils pass exams, its only a class of about 25 students! Parents be very careful when you choose a school for your kids. Most of these private schools are here to make money!!

I attended this school from about 1960 to 1966, taking my KPE - Kenya Preliminary Exams, before being admitted to Highway Secondary School in the same district. I would love to hear from anybody who attended this school in a similar/over lapping period. I have fond memories of this my very first school & would love to discuss these with the likes of Pankaj, Mahesh, Vijay, Kamaljit, Shabire, Ambrat, etc - to name but a few. Found one on facbook - Bhargav Mistry. It's difficult to communicate with the admin of this school, especially in this modern age of computers & e-mail. If anybody knows their e-mail address, please get in touch.

Caning no longer happens since it's illegal. Any cases of caning should be reported immediately to the directors (info@sthannahs.com) so that the errant teacher can be fired immediately. Thanks for the continued support.

Attended 1970-1974. most teachers were great,- Sarker, young smoker who taught english was mean and should be have been fired. Ms Nargis Doshmohamed she was a really nice teacher who taught science. Loved the swimming pool. Would love to reconnect with people who attended around this time.
