Had a very bad experience with Prestige Nakumatt, Some lady with more than 9 items on the express counter and the manager tells me there is nothing he can do about it. Why have a express counter when you cant keep and follow your own rules very pathetic from my point of view. i spend more than an hour on that line and i had a hungry baby at home, which they did not seem to care about. I think Mr. Haku Shah should invest in customer care skills for his staff or hire people who can actually handle and manage staff the right way.Customer is supposed to king in running your business smoothly. I hope they can improve.
